Grayman Trading Company – 30-Day Return Policy

At Grayman Trading Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

All returns incur a $9.00 flat shipping rate. 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.

  • Custom or final sale items (if applicable and specified at time of purchase).

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Grayman Trading Company error.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item for processing.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
